I am on my I pod in bed and I just puked a bunch on the floor and it's so gonna have to wait til mOrning. Not looking forward to cleanup or hang over.

There's a radio tower at the forestry.
I've always been tempted to climb it.
It's locked up though.
Probably to stop crazy people like me climbing it.

Have you ever climbed the rigging of a tall ship?
I have.
You'd be surprised how much a mast flexes and swings at that height.

You know, like eat a vegetable occasionally.
Stop smoking - you'll get lung disease - and there's no cure.
Don't drink too much - bad for your liver.
