. It was just the first thing to pop into my head for that example. (Actually, I'm not really satisfied with the sources on this particular subject. Too many of them seem not as objectively scientific as I would prefer. There are too many "health" blogs and people selling things clogging up the internet.)Lol, "Himalayan sea" salt is a funny way of labeling sodium chloride. Quite the oxymoron. Whatever labels marketers need to attach to their product to sell it though I guess.
Yes, predominately sodium chloride, but some commercial salts also contain other minerals and trace elements which alter the taste

No, just this fancy new inhaler. I just used it and it's a bit better now...so maybe that's what I'm supposed to do.

Yeah it's an annoying feeling! Sometimes I'll unwittingly yawn deeply and get thrown into a coughing fit. My uncle (who's kids have asthma) told me that's what asthma does...my primary doctor said "no," but I mentioned it to the allergist on Monday, and got no confirmation either way. But I guess my lungs failed his little test. I wish he would have told me what it meant....
I didn't even go to him for the lungs stuff.
