I'm so tired, but I have a feeling I won't be able to sleep, especially after using a computer and getting all that blue light exposure. Hmm, that probably sounds really weird if you don't know what I'm talking about.

Yep, well a big laptop screen, same thing.

Sometimes I use a filter app on my phone to make the screen really dim and cut out some blue light so I can use it at night without it keeping me awake as much.
