Have you got a flat screen?

Yep, well a big laptop screen, same thing.

Sometimes I use a filter app on my phone to make the screen really dim and cut out some blue light so I can use it at night without it keeping me awake as much.

I only asked that question to see if you were still around.

I'll let you in on a little secret. This was way back in the day when people were using CRT monitors as well as flat panels.
I used to do volunteer work for The Royal Blind Society and I attended a talk once, given by a leading ophthalmologist here in Australia. People were concerned about the light given off from monitors and she said, light given off from computer screens/monitors is no different to other lights except, you're sitting so close to it and staring at it for long periods of time.

She suggested we take a break now and again. Look into the distance. Exercise your eye muscles and give them a break from staring at the same distance and the same light source.

Dr. Wayne Dyer -

Your Erroneous Zones
Pulling Your Own Strings

Good books! Seriously, try them!

His later stuff was crap - he got all spiritual!

Good morning everyone. I've slept a whole 7 hours last night. I'm very amazed.

I sleep 3 to 4 - ever since I was a kid. My Mother used to call me the wandering ghost because I'd be wandering the house all night.

I am so tired of putting up with things. I've been putting up with things all my life.

We all do littlecat. I'm 49. I've been putting up with them for a lot longer than you - and I'm so tired!
