"fo shizzle ma nizzle" is a bastardization of "fo' sheezy mah neezy" which is a bastardization of "for sure mah n***a" which is a bastdardization of "I concur with you whole heartedly my African american brother".
(there are funnier ones but they get a bit rude)
So according to this, it's "yes" via the scenic route.
So I suppose the fecal term for "shizzle" is somehow a modern(er) bastardization of the "sure". Strange how words can get so manipulated.
And perhaps I'm a loser for having known all this in the first place........
