I like Blue Cheese, mozzarella, and pepper jack.
I like feta, bleu, cheddar (all flavors depending on my mood), mozzarella, monterey jack (including pepper), colby, colby-jack, cream cheese, parmesan, ricotta is great in italian pastas, provolone is decent in some contexts
I know theres more..
Ah yes, feta! I like Athenos brand, crumbled, with Garlic and herb.

Her: "What are your plans for today?"
Me: (edited to make it look like I can actually speak fluently) "I plan to go on the internet until 1, then compose until 2. After that, I have no plans, so... I guess I'll just quietly expire."
