My grandparents on my dad's side want to celebrate my mom's birthday. It's pretty weird, considering that she isn't technically their daughter in law anymore. How did my dad ever come from them? :chin:

I got $7 worth of packet of fresh raspberries for free at the supermarket becasue the price shown at the shelf and the price in their system didn't match.

i made humous for the first time. i cleaned my room a little. i still need to get shelving i think. far too much clutter for my liking. at least i can walk into my room now. i need no longer leap into it.

I made it through the day despite being very stressed before work and dreading a particular meeting today. Talked to my mom on the phone, made a nice dinner and enjoyed doing a crossword. So a very good day after all.

The mean lady at work was totally sweet to me today. Maybe because she cut off power to my cubicle for 30 solid minutes 8O
But I like to think it's because she's finally really getting my winning personality.
Also, there was SUN BEAUTIFUL SUN!

i talked with my friends. 3 of them in one day. i talked to one on skype for the first time in ages. i missed him so much. his accent is so sexy. canadian. i admitted to one that i have a thing for the canadian kid. the other i will talk to later because i have info for him on studies. apaprently his friend actually went to helem to learn languages with his wife but they still do not come to classes according to the friend who now knows i sorta like canadian kid.
