I'm unhappy that my blood test came back with elevated potassium levels, and now I have to go back to the doctor to see what's up. Normally I wouldn't worry about something like that, but I have an irregular heartbeat and lately I've been feeling weak and dizzy. Sometimes it seems like my heart is fluttering or itchy, beating really slowly. Sometimes my pulse feels weak. I'm not aching or hurting or anything, but something doesn't feel quite right.

i am sick and tired of the honey. every day i have problems with it. i like the taste of it, but the stickiness of it drives me insane.
i like to prepare my own chocolate milk drinks in a 700ml soup mug, and into it i spoon 3.5 desert spoons of bournville cocoa and then i use a paper towel to clean the spoon and i take out my tub of honey and i try very carefully to scoop 2 dessert spoons of honey into the mug (whereupon i pour about 100ml of boiling water into it to melt it and meld it and i stir the milk in very slowly).

anyway, the honey gets stuck to everything and i am unable to prevent it.

after i made my milk drink, i realized my fingers were sticky, and so i turned on a tap to wash my hands, but my fingers were sticky when i turned on the tap, so they became sticky again after i turned off the tap. after a while of scratching my head wondering what to do, i found that my hair had become sticky, and the whole thing started to escalate and so i went to have a lie down, and soon i noticed my pillow had become sticky and i was overwhelmed by it all because i hate the feeling of stickiness.

i can not deal with honey very well.

I've actually got a friend that keeps bees, he's always talking to me about how it's all going.

Personally I'm unhappy about the fact that I don't have any energy and haven't for a long time. I went to bed last night, woke this morning and stayed up for 5 hours, then spent another 10 hours asleep.

Might be related to my fitness, really need to start going the gym. Could be a boredom with life thing too I think.

I almost went nonverbal when we went around the table saying what we were thankful for. I wasn't prepared for it so I didn't know what to say.

When it was my turn, my mom said I didn't have to talk if I didn't want to(thank god) so I said something along the lines of "I really do have things I'm thankful for, but I don't feel up to talking right now"

I hope it wasn't rude :S My family said that they're thankful for my thoughts, so they either understood, or were offended but hid it pretty well.

i would find myself equally non verbal in that situation.

When i cant say something i mean i have nothing to say.

I saw this guy in the park today that ive seen before and he asked how i was and i just said i was ok and left it at that because i couldnt ask a question like " how are you" when i dont mean it. Its like a mental blankness, there's nothing there, no words at all. I know what im meant to say but i just couldnt say it.

it seems somehow wrong to say something in situations like that.

Just as you guys were talking about it I realised that I used to do this often as well early on in high school. I remember how it was hard to overcome, but now I find it really easy to ask questions. However, now I am interested in asking such questions to random people or ask useless questions because it gives me knowledge and is also an important conversation starter to retrieve more information which may be valuable e.g. "Hi how are you? (Get response) Do you know where the nearest mall/restroom/car park/police station etc is?"

I can't believe I forgot how strongly I used to feel like that :?
