The gout flare up as moved from the top of my left foot to the metatarsal of my right big toe.

Slipped while pacing and hit the side of my head on a corner of the wall.

And, thanks to the fact that I'm already emotionally unstable due to PMS, I immediately burst into tears and bawled like a baby.

I think I might have a concussion...
