Had a beer, my usual regional lager. I think this is the best I've had it, hit the spot so I'm mellowed out for a bit. I really needed it.

Guinness 'Foreign Extra' Stout

I'm not a Guinness fan at all, but this stuff, brewed in Nigeria, is a bit different. Very strong (7.5% alcohol) and comes in a larger than usual bottle (600 ml). Not cheap at £3, but quite nice.
