Yesterday mom promised me last night she'd help me send a Christmas card to my boyfriend. Instead, she mailed presents to a friend in Texas WITHOUT TELLING ME THAT WE WERE MAILING THINGS! Now I fear my Christmas card will never make it to my boyfriend's house for Christmas. :(

A couple things:

1) Called Ariel, she texted me back with "I'm. At. Work." Seems like she's mad at me. I'm getting pessimistic about finding a GF. My social skills are THAT poor, I don't think I can have one. Damn my Aspie's, I guess that 413 thing is more of a CURSE for me! :(

2) A Garfield book I ordered a few days ago off eBay, I was told by the seller this morning, the book was NOT in a salable condition, and that a better quality copy could not be found, so I am getting my money back. OK, so that second one wasn't as bad, because I did find another Garfield book (and an Iowa Hawkeyes shirt) at Value Village today. You win some, you lose some.......

I hate roaches! I've always lived in cheap buildings in poor neighborhoods and I have found that Combat gel is the most effective way of dealing with them (but don't use it if you have pets - they will not fare well).

Thanks for the info. I just googled it. It looks good. My place doesn't usually have cockroaches but whenever I find one, I freak out. I just hate them. I hope that product is available in Australia, too.

One of my friends de-friended me from Facebook, and I'm losing hope that I WILL ever have a GF, if ever, because of what happened to me and Ariel yesterday.

While fixing a relative's computer today, I almost accidentally erased their personal documents. I managed to recover them though, so that worked out fine for me.

The girl I've been texting with from online dating asked for more pictures yesterday. I only had the one (that I was willing to share) and so I took some more... I haven't heard back yet.
