Jinkx Monsoon won RuPaul's Drag Race. Enough said.

The boy that's been living with us for a couple of months went to jail last week for an unpaid traffic ticket and being behind in child support because he's not working much and his baby lives with his mother (not the baby's mother, the boys mother). He got out of jail this evening and was thrilled to be home. They put him on a payment plan for the ticket and back child support. I was glad to see him out of there.

was talking to my friend and he told me he unliked a page i thought was offensive and liked another that was counterposed to the page and i asked how he found it and his response was delayed and he said he got it off my facebook friend. i went and checked the friends profile and he doesnt have that page liked. this means my friend is stalking me and this makes me happy because it means he cares about me. okay that sounds bad but...

Managed to get an Arduino with some sensors working, and it was pretty easy (have been dealing with cognitive probs for 15 years that make writing code really hard).

He mentioned that if I hadn't stopped and looked at what I had done, that I should certainly do so, because everything I've recently accomplished in making my move out of state on my own without any help, setting everything up upon arrival, and moving to a new area where I know no one, don't have family, and don't drive is huge.

He also said that when he tells people who ask about me about what I've done... that some have claimed that such a thing is pretty bold and that they'd not have been comfortable taking up such a task.

I guess I'd not looked at what I had done yet... and being reminded of such has made me happy. I know I couldn't have done this just a year ago... but working on myself, my health, and confidence/competence seems to be working out pretty well.

Oh... and my pet spider has come back!

I put him outside some time ago when I was afraid the ant poison I filled my apartment with would kill him... then I feared that birds might eat him but didn't think it good to bring him back in either... and then just last night I saw him above my bed and in his old web.

I've no idea how he got back in... but he has made his point that he wishes to stay >_>

Just walking along a trail made me happy.

My abnormal psych prof actually delivered a very interesting lecture today, contrarily to my expectations. I hope this keeps up.
