I'm having some kind of sinus/throat issues where I'm coughing and my chest rattles some - either I'm catching some of the upper-respiratory crud that's going around or it's cuz the weather where I live is freakin' crazy. :lol:

The weather is over 45C and I had to ride an hr to work on my motorbike.

Sheesh, just had a pretty scary experience....my upper back area felt "burny" and tightened-up, and it really hurt....but I calmed myself down by lying face-down on my bed with my plushies and just took a shower and I feel a lot better now. :D

the temps here almost hit 50 today......so so hot.

Tomorrow looks to be even hotter with maybe the hottest ever recorded day, in the hottest state in the hottest continent of the world.

I thought what we got the other day (43C) in WA was extreme but I see you are getting far worse. My area lost electricity that day. I hope at least you have your fridge/freezer working for some iced drinks etc.

I've been having insomnia lately... On an average night, I only get around 5 hours of sleep. It's so frustrating!

I might have as we 've been to Adelaide a fair bit over the years its a nice place.
