We had a thunderstorm this afternoon with a few brief blackouts and brownouts. I was so scared for my computer at home 8O (I left it on).

In my Singapore junior high school, I count a lawyer and a dentist as an ex-classmate. It's possible here because these courses are offered at Bachelor's level here without pre-medical, pre-health or pre-law courses like those in the United States.

It'd be cool to do medicine at uni here, but to do it you need a UAI of 99.99% :? (maybe a teeny exageration but it's not far from the truth I swear)

I just saw a Tiger snake, that was cool. I had my shotgun in hand too, but I didn't have a shot; well, I would have got the snake's head easy enough, but it'd take the part of the house it was against with it. Sure, it's illegal to kill one, but eh, I draw the line with extremely venomous around the house (even if you'd only really get bitten if you stood on one). Perhaps we'll dance next time we meet.

I cut my mother's hair today. :)

I really don't want to do my project on Health Care Reform that's due tomorrow...despite the fact that I'm skipping classes today just to work on it.

Does anyone give a rats ass about Heath Care Reform to want to do this for me :P
