I angrily threw my smartphone down, now its screen is cracked and it won't work.

i wasn't having a good day and my dad decided to make it worse by yelling at me repeatedly. he said that just because i'm depressed it doesn't mean i can ignore the family and fail my responsibilities.
i have a urge to tell the truth to my dad (which would be very damaging) and i had a really hard time keeping my mouth shut.

uh, I was driving home and I suddenly remembered everything bad socially I ever did and had an anxiety attack.

then I put on a happy song and was all bouncy and happy again.

I nearly had a panic attack at the register I was working at as I couldn't figure out how to cancel an item I mistakenly punched in. As well,. later on I got into a bit of an argument with a customer about the price of some vegetables she was buying.

is that why you got angry because some one was calling you , guess they have their place cheaper than a land line and useful for work related reasons .
