Random thought for the day:

If Stanley Kubrick faked the moon landing, then Irwin Allen faked the Apollo 13 mission.

I gotz no kitty to tease with this red laser boresighter (it's a ~5mW pointer that's in a shell casing, so you can fit it in a rifle to boresight it) that came in da mail. Pretty cool for 8 buckaroos.

O well.

I'd just end up blinding both of us anyway.

.308 Winchester; Oz-made Omark/Sportco 44 target rifle.

Haven't even fired it yet, even though I've had it for over a year. Figured I'd boresight it properly before putting rounds on paper; less noise for the neighbors that way. Not that anyone else seems to care about such around here, but eh, I try to be neighborly.

The laser is more nifty to me than the rifle at the moment. :) It's cool how the beam bounces off the polished floor to the wall.

I'd love to see it. :D For a brief time my main rig had a good amount of copper tubing from the CPU heatsink, GPU heatsink, and heatsinks on the motherboard, but now most of that's in my Hackintosh. :P

Speaking of which, I should really get that thing up and going again. I'd like to get El Capitan running at the very least, since it's required for OpenEmu.
