Dachshunds are like centipedes. They're small, they have long bodies, they have short legs and they're aggressive (dachshunds are one of the most aggressive breeds of dog, but no one takes them seriously because they're so small).

My sister's dachshund tried to bite my 2 year old daughter. If it had, I was prepared to launch that dog off the porch.

My grandparents' dachshund attacked a badger once. Fortunately, they arrived and frightened the badger away before either of them really got hurt. She's never tried to bite a human though.
