I think so. I like Valentine's Day. I get excited about St Patrick's Day. Easter's fun. Canada Day is a blast. Oktoberfest is when I have the most fun. I have almost as much fun in December.

If crying is not frowned upon in a country, I'd like to know what it is. The U.S. is all over the place.

Late night TEMU spam.

And TEMU itself.

The USA is a mess and I wonder how to undo that damage that has been done by our president.

The fact that I can't welcome the new year with any type of wine, because the wine I wanted was hard for me to reach and there was no one in sight to help me. I settled for non-alcoholic German beer.

My girlfriend has been buying stuff off there for a while now. Her buying is worse lately due to stress. She buys more from there because it's on sale or she gets some kind of bonuses. We have lots of credit card debt & that's one of the factors for her stress though a more minor one lately.

I ordered a Germany shirt off of Temu. I was sure the logo of the German soccer team would be on my shirt. In it's place is a spot that says, "Place your logo here." I'm going to put a peace-sign or a Germany patch on that spot.

Temu is just plain evil for spamming on a site where many people are struggling just to get through life.

Why it has to rain instead of snow.

People who have very young kids and refuse to control them whenever they get fussy.

NVIDIA turning greedy and blowing the price of top-end GPUs from 2,000 to 5,000 bucks in the next year or two, all because of this "artificial intelligence" craze. The datacenters demand RAM and GPUs to expand their neural networks even further, hoping that in doing so the AIs will become more intelligent.

Invidia, its namesake, literally means "envy". It stands for one of the seven deadly sins. I suppose the goal is to make everyone be envy of AI datacenters and billionaires with yachts for the sheer number of GPUs they can buy, and have bought, regular customers be damned.

Pain

The bed is lovely and cold and now my husband is going to get up and put the heating on, and radiators become as hot as the surface of the sun in this house.

Why I can't get pretty snow instead of ugly rain.
