Finishing up the shed with my dad. That took almost all month!

I studied very little this week-end. I'll have to do more the next two days, but now I'm relaxed and in a better mood.

I am going to see Pacific Rim today.

I called my gastmutter today after a year and a half, I'd been shy all this time because my German has been steadily worsening through the years and I thought that every day that passed they'd hate me more for not calling them earlier. But I decided to just give her a call and see what happened, although t'is true we can't converse as well as we used to, we can still mostly understand each other, and even had a laugh together when I had to use an online dictionary to find the word for "cloud" (Wolke!)

I am presenting a placement exam next Saturday and taking appropriate German courses afterwards though, so it will be up from here. I was able to get my current level of English without living at all on the USA or similar, and I shall do the same with German.

Lace-Bane is learning Pachelbel's Canon in D. I am new to fingerstyle guitar and am playing on a Les Paul so it is a tad challenging, but quite pretty

I did some redecorating in my room, which included adding new curtains. I may do some more redecorating in the near future.

My mom is feeling MUCH better after 2 weeks in the hospital.

Studying done. I played Minecraft today.

Got carded for smokes today,joked with the lady clerk who mentioned I do look over 18,but I do not look my age.She said if she had to guess, she would say about 32,that's awesome because I will be fifty in a year.

went for a coffee at neros [or costa either way theyre both awesome] today with the LD nurse of mine and support staff.
it was raining heavy but we were sat outside under the canopy [am unable to go inside due to the sensory and information overload and behavior when reacting to it],had a beautiful coffee.
was given loads of info for staff to go through on LD sports clubs, as am hoping to find an alternative to being ripped off by the special olympics club;we are charged a sht ton per session.

then there was one pigeon,and being a bird fanatic had wanted to feed them,LD nurse had some left over lunch which was pigeon friendly so had began to feed the little one that; then loads of other pigeons came and were eating out of hand,amazing sight, the avatar is a photo staff had unknowing to self took of us.
then got home,let the chickens roam around bedroom for a while.
am not able to access the community due to how autism and LD affects self so am glad to have gotten out today and done this.

^^^I love the sound that pigeons make,it is very soothing.
