in the same vein indeed.

if i got out of my car and someone said i did not look disabled, and if i told him i was blind, and he then asked how the hell i drove here, i could just say i have a braille street directory.

Does Sydney have the same time zone as Brisbane now?
Is NSW on daylight savings time?
I just noticed this on my world clock.

i bought a pair of shoes yesterday, and to my horror, when i got them home and opened the box, i saw that they were both built back to front!
the one on the left was built to the specifications of a right shoe, and the one on the right was incorrectly built as a left shoe!! !
so thankfully, i have a logical brain and i solved the dilemma.
i just put the incorrectly designed right shoe on my left foot and the faulty left shoe on my right foot, and they seemed to fit perfectly.
but i am still going to write a letter of complaint to the manufacturer for having to put me through all that hassle.
what if i was an old woman with early onset dementia?

Awww sorry had to have a little chuckle at this! still laughing!

Seems like one of the workers maybe when trying them on someone else put them in the wrong way maybe?

I wish NTs would value what autistic adults have to say more than, "My sister's friend's nephew is autistic, and I read an article or two, I know what I'm talking about". Many times, I have been silenced in favour of those types on discussions on autism...
