Oh. Never thought of that... I tried to play a N64 game on my ipad, and it must have been a bad emulating program or something because it just wouldn't work, and I thought playing Snes games on a slightly newer laptop would kinda be an epic fail.

Oh, that sucks! I had pinkeye in both eyes once, it was no fun...

Emulation is complex, its about the most complicated thing you can do on a general purpose computer from a programming stand point short of writing a full blown operating system. Because of the difference in hardware and their functionality, emulation is never 100%. Even when it looks to be 100%, its not 100%. N64 is a very hard system to emulate and even Nintendo's emulator on the virtual console has some bugs. Emulation is cool but it should never be expected to work when you really understand what you are doing on a code level. The general rule of thumb is you need a system 100x stronger then the system you are emulating and even then raw speed isn't going to help bugs and N64 emulation is full of those. Plus thats not including differences in pipelining and architecture. In other words, its a miracle emulation works at all so I really wouldn't label you ipad or the application crap because of that. Its an extreme technical feat even if it gets in game.

I'll reply to PM even when I do leave which is pretty soon from the looks of it, I am tried of trying to fit in, I am tried of dealing with my crap, I am tried of everything. Tried of people and myself, I have screwed up everything, I always screw up everything, I can't even grasp how big of screw up I am. Partly the worlds fault cause I have never got any kinda of support and then life went south and I still never got any support. I am an emotional scrabbled egg but I don't totally blame everyone else, I am screwed up too. Just more screwed up now then before.

They also said the tiles are intentionally off-white in order to prevent glare. And there's no roof guttering or anything, the rain runs off into the gaps that run between the 'floating concrete' slabs that form the walkways outside.

On a side note the exterior needed a decent pressure cleaning. The interior design (apart from the refurbished utzon room) is definitely a time warp to the late 60's/early 70's! They're hell bent on keeping it all original too.

Yesterday I saw a puppy's head in someone's car!

Actually, it was a mascot-type costume head of one of those puppy characters from Paw Patrol. Somebody must have been playing the character at a school or a kid's party.

I've never watched the show but I see the toys everywhere. So many kid's shows about dogs, what's wrong with cats?

I still figure he either got lost in da woods (dogs and thermals don't always work) or it was something with his family/families compared to a stranger snatch and grab. Daniel Morcombe was likely going to be a snatch and grab due to the open road. This one "feels" different to me.
