Its 11:54 here,

I am planning on staying up all night because #1 I don't want to risk having nightmares #2 I want to watch the news to see if Russia nukes the US to oblivion because we attacked Syria #3 I want to play games all night. As far as Syria is concerned I would love for Russia to rain nukes down on us, I am going to run outside and catch one. I am way beyond ready to nuke this reality. Realistic though I would think Putin would wait until the election, I would like to hope that despite the chaos on the news that our world leaders would show some restraint.

To attain certain levels of Social Mobility is about having networks and connections.

To have networks and connections, one has to know how to keep tabs on people, depending how close they are.

But to keep tabs on people, one must know how to mingle.

But mingling means you need enough basic social skills and certain degree of appropriateness.

But for an autistic to have both, he/she must not be distracted by the environment.

To be able to not being distracted by the environment, one must know how to handle it without overwhelming themselves.

But to be able to handle overwhelming facts and information, one could at least tolerate it.

To able to tolerate it, they have to drop the black-and-white thinking.

Yet, to attain that, they must not feel tension towards the neutrality and unpredictable.

But to NOT feel tension, means one must have overcome anxiety.

But how does an autistic overcome anxiety in the first place?
My only answer to that is to drop the needs of predictability.

But not-needing predictability means to seek chaos.

Just WHO or WHICH autistic IS willing to throw themselves into chaos?!?! 8O

Ok, I'm gonna listen to some asmr, and see if I can get some sleep.

Good night!

I got about 12 hours of sleep... I feel alright today, so I'm going to try and get some things done. At least I'm showering, making dinner, doing the dishes and working out (wich I was suposed to do yesterday) Maybe I will also go for a walk, wash my scooter and change the sheets on my bed.

What are your plans for the day?

Showering and brushing my teeth is done! Now I'm going for a walk in the woods. I think the grass might be quite wet, but if I watch my steps I don't think I'll have to wear boots.

So far I've gotten everything done + the extra. Might be because I've written about it here.
