Dear ImAnAspie, I sincerely apologize for not doing a better job of quoting text when it is necessary to do so.

My coworker just ran out of English* for the first hour.

*I don't mean a 'person'. It refers to the mental energy to use another language they've known, but unaccustomed to speak, think, read, and translate with.

Pretty much how autistic socializing works.
The energy cost cuts down with practice. The short-cut relies on rote memory (AKA Scripting)

So uhm, yes. That's one of few things I can explain to NTs in the same context.
I wonder where else such phrase is used??

.. Form a mental image of a triangle... Preferably color red or something without yellow.
Have both bases mark with a circle. Make it yellowish and no tinge of red.
Then visualize the two circles merge at the top. Don't stray from the path, follow the triangle's 'lines'.

And do it again. You can make it slower or faster.

(music plays) in a world where computers are going bonkers and no seems to figure out what to do, only one can come to the aid of those in need, dcj123. Yes, now no more bugs, errors, crashes whatsoever.

I will ask these questions again(and again)

What was like to feel like you got nothing to lose?
What was like to be free of guilt?
What was like not to feel without feeling empty?

Other than being a sort-fatalist. Other than being an absurdist who doesn't leave 'hope' out of the equation no matter what odds suggests. Other than being an oblivious child who knew naught?

This afternoon, I have been feeling particularly estranged from the people of this world and alien to this planet.

I have no desire to be a part of it at all at the moment.

I got my mother a partially serrated Byrd Meadowlark 2 pocket knife for her to take in the car. It should be fine for cutting a seat belt, and you could break the window with it if you had to.

I have a plain blade one, and it's a solid knife for its small size (serrated would be better for a seat belt).

It's the cheaper version of the famed Delica. Other than cheaper steel (it's still good steel, though) and made in China compared to Japan, they're practically the same.

It's also easy for her to open (she's disabled).
