Well, let me explain. Once the food has entered the intestines it will pass down the tubes while it sucks out all the traces of nutrients left, then by the time it reaches the bottom it would have (hopefully) hardened. This is now called faeces and when you sit on the toilet, or on your seat if unlucky this faeces will expel itself through your anus.
Et voila!
