where I live has very few people of color other than latin americans. but the crime rate, per the police blotter, is fairly high, and it is overwhelmingly white folk who are the perps. judging by how often I get called for jury duty, the law people are kept busy here.
anyways.....

I wonder why nobody has come up with an electrified snack called a"shockolate" bar?
