I'm eating some salad thing... I don't know what to call it. It's a bowl of an herbal lettuce blend that I tore to shreds, topped with a third a can of albacore tuna(broken up into small flakes), blanketed with a quick dusting of black pepper, another with italian seasoning, about 2tbsp olive oil, and about a tbsp of brine from a jar of pepperoncini peppers, and then mixed together until it all looked uniform. I am currently thinking the herbal lettuce blend could have been better had they forgone cilantro in favor of dill, and that some chopped green onion or chives might make a palatable addition in the future.
