The big ones do. (I think it sounds a bit more menacing than cute, though.)

^Lillikoi posted the exact same video in auntblabby's weird dream thread.

Apparently forests can signify wishing for a simpler life. Hmm...

Maybe that's why, as far as I know, I've never dreamed of forests. I'm not a simple person, though I do often wish for a "soma holiday" like in the novel Brave New World. When I can't go anywhere awesome in reality.

I did not read the novel. I listened to the radio drama instead, but I plan on reading it. The "brave new world" is fascinating, sometimes very disturbing, but not horrifically graphic or violent. If you like high sci-fi or dystopian fiction, then you might like it. Also, "dystopia" is a bit of a misnomer, since the society is hedonistic in many ways. It's far, far from eutopia though, and despite all its pleasures, I would not want to live there.

did you ever read 1984? it's quite dystopian as well, but not hedonistic in the slightest

I think we can all agree that any statement which follows the words I think we can all agree is likely to provoke some disagreement.

Calm down is a phrase which is - in 90% of cases where it is used - said to people who are already calm in an attempt to provoke them. Calm down is in fact the new shut up.

I was going to remove the "screw things" that fastened the TV cable to the molding a long the floor, but some of them was incredibly stuck. I just could not give up! So I ended up making this holes in the wall (the plates were soft, the house is from 1964) Smart.. :P
