Home-smoked turkey on sourdough sandwich.

(I should probably go over to the "what I learned today" thread and add, "I learned I don't like tending the smoker, 'cause smoke gives me a 2-3 day headache & now the smoke flavor isn't so appealing as it was a day ago)

Home made ghetto burgers made from oakmeal (and other stuff) and it wasn't bad,

There are some strange recipes out there, I didn't expect that to work at all.
