Sharing is always good, which is why I enjoy my chats here. z3n, if you are always the one that has to contact them first, it would suggest to me that they aren't interested in friendship. As friendship requires effort from both sides, not just one. I've encountered a few that done the same and they've still not contact me, oh well their missing out!

You mention you go out a lot Moon, are you able to do leisure activities such as going to the movies yourself? I could probably do those sort of things myself, but I don't think it would feel as fun on my own. Despite not frequently seeing them, its good that you still keep in touch with your friends. I know what you mean about vibes, sometimes I can tell when someone is not too interested in talking to me. Give away signs are things like really short answers or being vague when you ask about something.

I think how you are perceived online would be different to in person. I myself am quite the anxious person in real life and don't seem to befriend the mass majority of people out there.

That's exactly what I was thinking, Colin! However, one of them did recently contact me and then didn't reply to emails after I got back to him, lol :/.

Uh oh, someone's just done something that has scared me a bit. It's probably nothing bad, but I still feel nervous :/.

I go out every day for my daily walk, i have several different routes, enough for a whole week and a weekend and i usually walk a bit short of 2 hours, and i like going out to take photo's even though going out a second time besides my walk makes me really anxious i still try to do it xD But no i don't like going to the movies, there was a gamestore nearby which i went to and then i talked to an employee there, he was nice but they had to move, financial issues D: And no Z3n the library is near the city near central station which is well pretty crowded, but yeah i see what you mean :/ The social aspect of work etc well it would scare me a lot x_x Too bad you don't work with people who have other interests, i would find those people boring though, i chat with a lot of people my age and that works out great, but when i went to school it was stuff like ''yeah i got so drunk last night it was awesome and i forgot my homework blablabla'' things like that, and my response would be sort of uhm right that's nice o_o? I never really got along with people at school, some were oke but i never related to any of their issues or i just didn't find them interesting, sorry if that makes me sound mean xD

But i get what you mean, i even have that problem outside when i walk, because a lot of people are like well i'm young, i'm outside, i'm walking, during schooldays they think i'm a delinquent and during holidays people wonder why i'm up already, or if i'm some kind of criminal youth looking for stuff to smash, people also seem to think that i'm using drugs :o I don't care though, but its irritating, and i know all this because of my super sensetive hearing so i usually hear what people say to each other xD Most don't notice me though which is good! But i know what it feels like to be an outsider, in the outside world :o

Uhm anyway i need to resume my exercises, hi to everyone who entered while i was typing a wall of text.

Edit: And i don't mind if you call it Holland or the Netherlands :) Just don't start talking about tulips and wooden shoes and windmills and then we'll be fine D: *its a joke because a lot of people seem to assume we still live like that xD*

Panic over. I didn't need to be scared :D.

I personally dislike it when people refer to the Netherlands as Holland (even if I'm not Dutch!), because Holland isn't a country!

Do you walk for almost 2 hours every day? Wow 8O! Sometimes I walk for roughly an hour at the weekends, just for the exercise. I tend to make an excuse for going to do some shopping and then walk part of the way home and getting a bus the rest of the way. Hah, yeah, I'd find it a bit dull people talking about getting drunk all the time, lol. I've done that (been drunk) before, but wouldn't do it as often as people keep talking about and don't like to do it now anyway :D. Oh and no, it doesn't make you sound mean!

Do you look quite young then, or does schooling go past 20 there? I always think young people on the streets are delinquents and I shake my walking stick at them :D (no, no, I'm joking! Sorry, strange sense of humour :)). Sorry those people irritate you, though :(. Does that super sensitive hearing come in useful sometimes? You do sound like a superhero now, though!

Enjoy your exercises!

Hmm, if they contact you they might have genuinely forgot to get back to you z3n. Sometimes it happens here as well, someone will create a topic and forget about it and not reply to anyone. What have they done to scare you? :o

I don't mind going on a walk sometimes, but there's not really any nice quiet places to walk here, so that can be quite boring. I can go out shopping and things like that myself fine, if anything I prefer going round shops alone as I often feel if someone is with you they will get fed up. I like taking my time and not have to worry about things like that. Crowds actually don't bother me that much, way I see it is all they are is strangers trying to get on with their day just like me. So I don't notice them all that much as all I'm concerned about is getting from A to B. I never got on with much people in school either, most at my school were intolerant idiots.

Why would they think you were on drugs? :o Seems quite silly to think someone is high just because they don't live by societies silly rules. Are you from Holland then Moon? I've always thought that would be quite an interesting place to visit.

Actually no, you were (roughly) 10 minutes after me!

Yeah, I suppose that's true Colin. Like you say though, you'd think they'd make the effort if they wanted to though! Oh, the scary thing was that someone just PM'd me and I hadn't really spoken to them before. I kinda worry about things like that, even though it's usually (as in this case) fine!

Heh, it seems weird to me to go shopping with someone else (probably cos I've never really done that!), though I suppose it can be useful if you need advice on what to get. Crowds don't tend to bother me either, apart from when there's lots of pushing and stuff to get on trains/buses. It's also problematic if I want to walk quickly and there are people everywhere. Did you get bullied, Colin (if that's OK to ask)?

Edit: Enjoy your shower, Ten!

Does it not get crowded in Manchester then? Mmm, radio astronomy.

I live 15 miles from Manchester, it's like London but 5 times smaller, I live in a small town where there's a few busy spots but no crowds :)

Z3n, I was doing something at the same time so took me a while to reply. Didn't realize you had until I sent it! Like I say I don't really try too hard to approach other people if its me initiating all the interaction, waste of time if they don't wish to speak with me. I suppose something that can be a bit pressuring if you haven't spoke to them much previously, but its a positive thing that people want to talk with you more :)

Yeah, I've went to town with people in the past, but usually just feels awkward to me. I don't do any shopping in stores as I take a while to decide on things and the people that pester you as soon as you come in the door don't help either. So I do all that online. I can imagine the busy transport in London, can be bad enough here sometimes never mind there 8O I did as in certain classes I literally had no friends, so sometimes I would not go to them at all.

It's kinda weird people calling me by my username, lol. Oh well, I'd give my real name but would be quite worried if anyone I knew in the real world knew it was me, though. Ah, I've been watching Casualty so it has taken me a while to reply now!

Oh yeah, that's one thing I hate about shopping in person - the people that ask you if you need help. I'd do most things online, except clothes as I need to try them on. Each to their own, though! I can't remember: are you in Glasgow or just nearby? Heh, did missing classes hinder you then? I never thought of doing that, lol. School would have been good if it wasn't for the bullies!

Welcome back, Ten!
