It's an obscure reference. That guy used to be the Prime Minister of New Zealand and ran his country with a rod of iron, and was notoriously abrasive towards, well, everyone basically. I'm not him, though. ;)

Tomasu: Yes! What I mean is that if we do meet, I want it to be within easy travelling distance for the both of us should we decide to meet.

It's a photo of Robert Muldoon, former New Zealand PM. He was a very controversial figure in New Zealand life. It's worth looking up documentaries on him but by the end, he wound everyone up for some reason or another.
