If a stone Menhir is Celtic and Obelix is Roman, that does not pertain.
Obelix cannot be a Menhir.

Obelix is Roman only by a technicality in the statement about all of Gaul being divided into three, as seen when the inhabitants of the little village attempt to participate in the Olympic games.
