A box of chocolates with turtles, dark chocolate, caramels, chocolate with chocolate filling is the best 8)

Sugar how sweet it is and the natural form is the best,

Do not eat sugar-free chocolates in jest,

Natural sugars end in -ose,

Sucrose, galactose, lactose,

Avoid sugar alcohol if you can,

Xylitol, Sorbitol, Mannitol are the examples to avoid and make it a plan,

Unless you can tolerate sugar alcohols then avoid my advice,

Now go and play nice,

This was a cheesy poem,
