That depends. Usually it's eggs, bacon, sausages, tinned tomatoes and baked beans with bread and butter. That's not a definitive list and people often omit or add things like hash browns or (occasionally) chips. There are different types of this kind of breakfast across the UK: Scottish, Welsh, Ulster and Irish fry-ups are very similar but have slightly different components. Most people in Britain and Ireland don't eat this sort of food every day, particularly if they work. Most people have it as an occasional treat. They do like to eat this sort of thing on holiday or whilst stopping at a hotel, even if they don't eat a Full English at home.
