I saw The Smiths in CA in the 80s.
I had no idea who they were at the time.

Nice lineup!

I can't even name all the bands I've seen.

I'm pretty sure I've listed on here before.

Lou Reed would be fun!!

Lost_dragon,
Love your list!
You sound so talented!
I'd love to hold an owl too!

I had tickets to Bowie but the show got rescheduled almost a year later.
Thank goodness I was able to see the second one.
It was the Reality tour in 04.

When the real DB died I told my daughter.
She shrugged it off and thought I was talking about our fish. :(

Your nun story is hilarious although I'm sure you were frightened.

Not sure who NR is, but I'll google.

Was the newspaper photo announcing your birth?

I had one of those experiences on the seat of a cool guy's sports car.
Whoops.

It's frustrating when shows get rescheduled. All that excitement leading up to it, and then it gets cancelled. I'm glad you got to see him in the end. :)

Haha at your daughter thinking you were talking about your fish!

How did the guy with the sports car react?

Yes to newspaper announcing my birth.

I was in the back seat of his car, getting a drive home from school with another girl.
I was paranoid it was going to happen and it did.
Since I was in the back, he didn't see it before I'd left.
I have no idea how he reacted because I never talked to him again.

It was one of those gangster type cars with big wheels.
I felt so badly.
Maybe he forgot who sat where, and blamed the other girl?

I got sent home from school when I was 13 for wearing a spandex mini dress and stilettos.
My friend told me to wear it and I didn't know any better.

I guess I was keen on travelling. Over the span of 10 years, I lived in 11 different places in 3 countries, and visited 20 countries (+ a lot of cities there).

I used to like climbing so I climbed trees and a silo with no lifeline. Luckily survived.

Oh! I know!

Being autistic...

... And able to overcome anxiety issues (and never became a full blown disorder/comorbid), and did it without therapy or meds before adulthood.

:D

What something I didn't do that most people did on the other hand...

I have an endless list of those!

Let's see uhmm...
Won all parlor games in a birthday party as a child.

Being that one student who sleeps in class and pass all subjects.

Leading a high level guild in an online game. (Don't ask me which game, that's my secret)

Isolated for years before pandemic.

Being mistaken for a mute. Or/and deaf. At my age/younger.

Beaten another kid bloody. Yes, I'm a violent child and he was a bully.

Tripped and... Broke my front tooth.

Suddenly had an ego-loss for no apparent reason - not meditating, not into spiritual stuff then, no drugs, no significant event, not dying, not even reflecting and wandering, etc. to cause such a trigger.

Made a whole 3d house model in AutoCAD... At age 13. Within less than a day.

Also it's impossible to misgender me.
'She' is usually a 'meh', 'he' would make me a chuckle because it's unusual, and 'them' would just be 'meh' as well due to the nature of my native language pronouns.
Because I truly, truly don't give a damn. I'm gender apathethic. Could care less what pronouns anyone throws at me -- heck if genders of this username could randomize itself, I'd take it.
Had agender as a label because it's convenient -- and it's technically true, with how I feel about genders and how I feel inside, how I express and act...
Went by and living as a female because it's convenient -- and technically true. I'm a female assigned at birth and this body and culture is troublesome so I'd rather learn more about it.

Every thing seems to stop at my early adult years.

That's cool. I did a door around the same age, not as impressive ... but in my defense the office I interned in couldn't afford 3D CAD software, so *shrug*.

What era was it?

WAI, I saw Bowie in concert.
Plus most other classic rock bands (except Queen). :(
I have the Bowie tour t-shirt somewhere.
I also had a fish named David Bowie.

I kept large aquaria of female beta fish sororities.
They lived several years without killing one another.

We had "ball lightning" go through a side door and explode our TV.
I was really young and I don't remember it.

Anthony Quinn gave me the carnation from his hat.
It was the intermission of Zorba the Greek.
I was in orchestra seating and having a bad night.
He said he noticed me looking upset and wanted to cheer me up.
I still have it pressed in a book.

I've seen the Northern Lights too.

In Memphis, I was 15.

Also saw Jefferson Starship aka Airplane when Grace Slick returned to the band.
Was at BOC concert in Little Rock when they recorded a live album.
Also Sonny and Cher when I was little .lol
