I love the lead aprons they put on you when they take x-rays, I had thought I was the only one. It just feels so calming :D

the last time I got x rayed (a month ago or so) my lead apron was hilarious, it had like early 90s real bad pseudo-tribal surf designs all over it and it said "RAD" across it in similarly styled lettering.

I never really thought about it before but like people said the lead apron does feel kind of "rad", for lack of a better word.

I'd love a neoprene one... but not a latex one - I have no wish to swell up/die (severe latex allergy)

latex would never be used for a lead apron, it is far too fragile and thin..
