Two fresh apricots, two wafer thin slices of dried italian ham ( with no wheat dextrose or sugar in, which is becoming increasingly hard to find ), and have put the rest of the ( rather dull ) apricots on to stew gently with chunks of duck and some of the ham, ( I'm aiming at a sort of tajine effect! :lol ).

I've had two cheese strings, not too long, ago. My supervisor is really pushing, that I have a bit pf protein, before work. She cares about me, and her intentions are good, so I'm taking her advice, the best that I can. The best that I can, entails that I train myself to have breakfast, around 4 in the morning, gradually.

The duck "tajine" was delicious!

Today have just eaten wild salmon steak(s) poached in the remains of the "juice" from yesterday's "tajine", served on a bed of lettuce, tomato and cucumber, with creamy egg-yolk and olive oil etc dressing. Yum! :)
