I took some ibuprofen a while ago but not sure it's done much, ah well I might put an ice pack on it later! It's rather warm there aswell then I presume?

Oh my. Yeah this heat seems to come on so suddenly, doesn't give us a chance to get used to it.

Its a sight nobody wants to see I'll tell you that haha. I know , its strange how it comes and goes. Can go from heat to cold in a day. I would prefer year round cold.

We sometimes tease my Dad when he wears shorts about having chicken legs although he may have been the one that said it first! I'm never happy really, I think I need the sun but I don't like it too hot.

Nope, the temperatures will fall to average levels again.
The July average here is 19-21, and August is 20-22 degrees. Today was 28, mmmm...
