I received a photo ticket for not stopping at the red light.
If I want to go to court and ask for lieniency because I have a good record and for the violation not being egregious, do I still plead "not guilty"? I know the obvious answer is yes, but wanted to make sure.
If I want to read a short statement instead of memorizing it, would the judge frown on that?
