Does anyone here ride a motorcycle or moped?

I don't own one right now, but I've been riding all my life, and will have one next spring.

I will be looking for one of these. The MZ Black Panther

Not at the moment - but if win the lottery you`ll see two

They are, very fun to ride and looks nice

The 916 still gets my vote as the most beautuful Ducati.

I've had bikes most of my life. My favourite was a Kawasaki Z1300. 6 cylinder shaft drive. Crap around bends but in a straight line it took off like a bullet. With a rip start it tried to tear my arms out of their sockets - the acceleration was awesome. I've got an old Zephyr 750 in the garage at the moment, it needs re-registering to ride it here in France, but that may never happen as the paperwork is a nightmare.

Found some pics, the first moped i had looked just like this one,
its s old Sachs 50cc found one in the barn when i was 10-11
and that was it, i just drove the hell out of the poor thing


2-3 wrecked Sachs`s later i upgraded to one of these when i was 15, the Suzuki ER 100cc.
Of course i juiced it up from around 5-6 horse to 18, i had no choice really
it had to be done, wasn`t legal but who cared - that i survived that bike
was just pure dumb luck, used it all year around, skidding sideways along roads
covered with steel-ice


Shortly after that i got one of these, the Yamaha YZ 125cc off-road
that was so much fun that everything after that is just a blur
(that might be from crashing and banging my head but anyway)


Alot of memories comming back from seeing these bikes again
my dad was a smart man to let me learn to handle them early,
when was 18 i had one driving-lesson, passed the written and driving test
and was done with the bike licence just like that my driving teacher said
there wasn`t much i needed to learn so he called it quits after one lesson,
saved some cash on that becasue it is very expenssive

Thats really cool the Zephyr, have a few of those here
that i know of

I also noticed that the ER100 is a 2-cycle. I don't think that was available in the U.S. either, due to emission regulations.

My other baby I had to sell earlier this year.

Fun fact: this is hard to do now, but some years back it turned
out that if you drove through the tollboots around the capital
here on a bike at around 170 kilometers pr. hour and more,
the camera wasn`t fast enough so they didn`get a pick of you
and couldn`t do much inless they managed to stop you after you
passed - just dont ask how i know this to be a fact
*looks innocent and whistles*

Of course it is just risky and dumb and nothing anyone should do,
but young boys and dumb goes hand in hand very often - the kind
of things that often starts with someone saying "I bet you cant do
that!"
