Just arrived in the mail, a set of "perfumes" from CB|I hate perfume and they smell Awesome.
The site is called "I hate perfume" because he HATES when other people smell like they got bathed in perfume, and he hates when people don't respect other people with the disgusting smells of cheap perfume, or even expensive perfumes that have low quality or artificial ingredients. He only buys the best stuff, and only uses natural ingredients even if they cost thousand of dollars, so his perfumes don't smell even remotely like the usual perfumes.

Soaked Earth smells just like what it says, Dirt in a bottle. I put on some and went to the street. Suddenly a breeze came and I felt wrapped in it! I spent the whole day experiencing lots of smells in the street, coming from everywhere, specially plants and flowers. It's wonderful.
Greenbriar 1968 smells like sawdust, hay, "axel's grease" and other stuff, haven't tried it yet but smells good too.
Black March is slowly becoming my favorite, it smells like roots, tree sap, rain drops, wet twigs and lots of earth stuff, it's almost like being in the middle of a warm wet summer forest .
Mr. Hulot's Holiday smells like the beach, as if you spent the evening watching the waves sitting in the sand, and also smells "like old suitcases".

Wonderful stuff.

I'm already making a new list to order more of their perfumes.


P.S.: BTW the title of Mr. Hulot's Holiday is based on a movie, and the main actor -- Mr. Hulot -- is most likely an aspie.

Are these the people you see on trains and buses making/selling perfume with titles like "p****" ('I s**t you not', one person has one of his cologne/perfume smells named "p****"-and used it as an joke/trick: A: "you wanna go out with me" B: "No, f**k off bitch-I already have some p****" )

Those are a really interesting idea. I would be interested in how the tea ones smell. They should put out test patches like found in magazines. I wonder why the 15ml and 100ml cost the same? The line 'dirt in a bottle' reminds me of the scent wafers hunters wear to cover their scent in the woods. Not a horrible smell, but I cannot help but wonder what would come to mind if I happened to just run into someone who smelled like dirt.

So far gasoline is still mising, he mentions in his journal that women love that smell and constantly ask for it, but it has lot of toxic stuff so possibly it'll be very hard to make it.

Claire, the 15 ml are absolutes (concentrate), the 100ml are water based.

BTW none of the perfumes have alcohol, and it lasts A Lot.

Wow, cool smells. I utterly adore dirt, sawdust and gasoline smells... Man, I love car exhaust smells as well, though in smaller dosages.

Wonder if they do fresh tarmac and freshly mown grass, wood stain and yes, sawdust.

I've often found the smell of gasoline addictive, don't know why...

LOL, I wonder if they manufacture the scent of cheap perfume with a hint of a odor that smells as if someone hasn't had a shower or doesn't know the meaning of deodorant...

You mean a mix of old sweat and weakly perfumed deodorant? Eww!

I just visited that place and they have one called "the Scent of New Fallen Snow", does snow smell?
