Personally I prefer showers. Baths take long to fill up and I don't like sitting in my own uncleanliness, and every time I have had one I always felt hot and light headed or headachey afterward.
I like showers because they're quicker and I can drink the water.

And lately I've been having cold showers, it's just one of those things to see if I can "handle" it. It takes about one and a half-two minutes for me to fully wash myself with soap, I try to do it quickly because it's so unpleasant. Great way to save water.

I also prefer showers for similar reasons although I don't think you can get as clean washing in cold water.

I wash first and then turn it to cold in the summer.

My wife is into baths with bubbles and candles and relaxing music.

I would be willing to bet that if you did a poll most women would vote for baths and most men would go for showers.

Showers cause just dont feel clean after a bath. And time. But not against baths for pleasure. On weekends or after a long day it is real relaxing to soak in a nice hot bath.

It's not possible to wash my hair in a bath.

Showers, all the way. Baths seem like a leftover from the days there weren't any showers.

Baths, you can have a hot soak with epsom salts and because they're easier to clean after you use them.
I would also use the shower, but my flatmate doesn't clean it and it's just too grotty. 8O I hate being the one to clean the large surfaces and wouldn't be able to get the germs out of all the little corners, so I just avoid it and use the bath.

Showers. Unless my wife accompanies me. Then a shared bath can be nice.

I have sensory issues with showers, unfortunately. But I realize that they use much less water than baths, and we here in California are in a severe drought, and they're trying to get us to slash water use, so I do the showers. Not to mention that my weight has gotten to a point where I can't get in and out of a tub very well. 8O

Taking a bath can be relaxing. I use it when I am really tired or when I am approaching a meltdown.

But I prefer a shower on normal days. It is easier, quicker and more hygienic.

I prefer to take a bath, I don't like to take showers. And baths are much more relaxing to me.
