In a real place(and circumstances for you) obviously (not a rural-style house in a downtown of a big city amirite?)

And assuming the same value of the property (Big penthouses on skyscrapers would come off mansions and private pools // one room older apartments come off rural simple houses etc)

which one would it be?

I would rather live in an apartment, but don't mind living in a house (with others) either.

I wish I could live in a house.

I don't really mind, as long as it suits my needs and isn't awkward in the way it's designed. I'd prefer not to be in a high rise though.

It seems my guess that a house would be considered/guessed to be more aspie-friendly than a house was pretty correct.
Well I don't know but for the most part I think I still prefer an apartment.

I grew up in houses, my father couldn't stand the idea of living in an apartment. Hell he takes one look at the apartments going up around the new areas of the city and says "don't those look just like the projects from 30 years ago", they don't by the way. He really hates apartments for some reason. I do like my house though, I have a nice yard, I can pace around or turn up my music without worrying about disturbing my neighbors. Since I own my house I can renovate it or do whatever I want with it. Something you can't do with a condo.

A loft, in a central business district, that I can own rather than rent.

Not sure how to finance it, though.

A house big enough for three people with three bedrooms, three showers,
and a yard where my dog can run around.

A house because it'd give me more room and my kids more room. :)

A house, I don't think an apartment would be big enough for me.

A house. Apartments generally don't come with a big section and I want a big section for my pets.
