Am I the only one who is stuck if there is no structure? This applies to most things, even simple things like washing the dishes, I have to plan out every step before I start or I mess it up. So I thought I'd apply that, except to an entire day, or at least some of it, so can anyone help me out here?

Quote:
9:00 get up and shower
9:15 exercise for 5 minutes
9:20 coffee and toast
9:35 Read over the latest world news
9:45 Read my book
10:15 --

What else can I do?

It's very hard for me to say what you could do, 'cause I don't know your situation etc.
But here's some activities you might want to look at,

- Tidy your room
- Tidy the kitchen/bathroom/living room (if any of these need tidying/organizing)
- Go for a walk
- Get some groceries (if this is needed)
- Phone a friend/relative
- Write a letter to someone

if you have any activities you enjoy doing (e.g. painting, drawing, solving puzzles, etc.), you could put some time aside for that.

And make sure to leave time for lunch and dinner (including the time you'll need to prepare them).

I don't have trouble getting dressed/having breakfast etc ... but the time in between meals and before going to bed is very hard for me to fill in.
I usually end up watching movies, looking up sites on Japanese/Japan and that's about it:\
