I don't use my Asperger's as an excuse for my behavior, and I don't go around at my job wearing a shirt proclaiming that I'm an aspie. ( Although I have informed a couple of the senior supervisors on the QT)

There is one co-worker, an African -American woman who goes out of her way to cause problems for me. Sometimes her complaints are justified. Mostly it's just bitching for the sake of bitching. The problem is two fold--First, people here take whatever she says at face value. second, I'm expected to put up with and do nothing.

I'd like to see a resolution that doesn't involve my leaving my job.

I work in an office environment. We both have the same title, and have been there for roughly the same length of time. The person I mentioned supposedly has a hearing problem, and is off probation, so they'd rather put up with her crap than go through the hassle of trying to get rid of her--after all, they can always get someone else to do her job.

It's a triple threat-- a disabled female of color. If she were lesbian, she'd own the place. This is why I don't believe in affirmative action.

Oh wow, ya, that kind of sucks lol. I can see why you couldnt play the autism card, she'd still have the upper hand =P.

My solution...
She's on probation so she has drug tests regularly (i'm almost positive of this, even if it's not a drug related charge she's on probation for, she has to get drug tested regularly). So bake some pot deserts.
http://www.allpotseeds.com/pot-brownies.html
Brownies, cookies, what ever you you think she'd be more inclined to eat.
Obviously dont use the amount it says to make the butter (1 ounce to 6 sticks of butter i think?) cut that in half or a 1/4 so that you dont have an office of stoned people. But enough to cause a positive reading on a drug test.
And voila, she is in violation of her probation and goes back to jail.

That's just what I'd do though
