Do you like to wrap yourself in a blanket, even in the summer? I love to cover myself in a blanket, in any season, because a blanket is my shield, from the world. The real world...the outside world...the modern world.

Who else likes blankets?

I have a down comforter with a sheet type cover and I like that in the summer and winter. Its actually supposed to be for both. I also like kind of hiding under my comforter and I like my bed....its kind of the place all of us (my husband and kids) spend out down time instead of the couch. I also put my stuffed shamu over my face when I sleep or when Im resting.
I slept with my blanket that I was brought home from the hospital in until I was about 13 and it finally fell apart. My 5 year old autie loves her blanket, it is satin on one side and soft on the other. She likes to rub the satin between her two first fingers. My 7 year old Aspie loves his dolphin blanket. I got it at the height of his dolphin obsession. He drags it all over the place...when we take my husband to his bus he takes it with him to the car wrapped up like a mummy .

I only do it most in the winter, that's the only that I get comfort from it, while in the summer, I tend to over heat pretty quick to the point where I get nose bleeds.

I always have to have a soft sheet and a nice decently insulating blanket on top of that. I'll turn up or down the thermostat if I have to be comfortable in that usually.

No. I do like to hug things tightly when I sleep though.

I love blankets. And coats, too.

I also love coats, especially pea coats. Kinky.

I have to have a blanket over my waist when I'm sleeping. I'm not overly sure why, but I find it to be comforting. At the moment, I have two blankets on my bed; one is my baby blanket and the other is a feather quilt. In the winter, I have at least four (usually six) and use them all.

I love blankets. I currently have 7 on my bed.
