That is, calling only black people with intellectual disabilities morons? In that case, no.

Racism? I think the word you are looking for is prejudiced (or if you wanna be specific, ableist).

And no, I am not prejudiced against people who are mentally ret*d.

I have never seen any color of any hue or shade ever prove itself any less or greater than any other.

That's really a more complicated question that it seems.
(I'll assume that you mean prejudiced, rather than racist?)
Prejudiced in what way? Obviously, pretty much anybody is going to be of the belief that people with mental retardation aren't as smart as other people.. by definition.
Then again, not everyone who seems stupid has a low IQ, and not everyone with a low IQ seems stupid. Some smart people don't test well. Some people have massive imbalance in types of intelligence. Some stupid people DO test well.
In order to be prejudiced against somebody by their differences, you must first know about those differences. So if somebody tests to a mentally ret*d level, but doesn't seem mentally ret*d, most people will never know about that IQ score.

Mentally ret*d people are a race, now?

Henriksson, you live in Sweden? I used to live in Vallingby. Have you even translated documents from Swedish to English?

Question mark? I wonder why you didn't send me a PM.

Indeed, just look at the Location I provided to the left.

Yes I have, at several occasions. I'm hoping to become a translator later in my life. Why do you ask?

The question is flawed, as what you are asking does not fall into what is traditionally considered 'racial' definitions. If you're asking whether one is biased or discriminates against those thus affected, my personal answer is no.

No. I have utmost respect an admiration for anyone with a mental disability. And I usually try my best to judge a person on what I see, rather than on any preconceived notions, regardless of their skin colour.

a translator!?
im gonna need one in the future, but he/she would have to be norwegian :I

i tried translating my own stuff once. it felt like, .. well... torturing myself. cus those are my own words and every word i translate, i also change. in the end in changing sentence after sentence, changing the entire story, too painful :D needless to say, its very very tricky to translate something good, much trickyer than i thought

Noone's said it's easy, but I imagine I could work more away from others, more independantly, in such a profession.

EDIT: Er, this is massively Off-Topic.

Racist: You could say that I am a bit, yes. I dislike the stupidity displayed by the gangster culture that is prevalent among several different races (e.g. black, mexican, and even armenian here in CA). I do not, however, have any problem with members of these ethnicities who do not portray themselves as morons. So it is not exactly racism, it just so happens that there are many "minorities" that buy into that culture. But there are certainly white people who indentify with the gangster culture as well (or other forms of stupidity such as the surfer, skater, or preppy culture) and I dislike them just as much.

So in conclusion: Meh.

As for mental retardation, I am extremely uncomfortable around a ret*d person and don't know how to treat them. So I guess the answer to that one would be yes.
