I had three flat, square savoury biscuits. The name of which I cannot say because it gets sensored.

Jacobs cream cracker

A grilled fillet of salmon, beans and some tiger loaf.

What a treat. I've got a very happy tummy.

I had a bowl of porridge and I mixed some chocolate flavoured recovery powder in it to thicken it up and make it tasty.

I made steak with mushrooms and caramelized onions and I had roasted carrots and baked potatoes to go with it. So good!

Iced mocha coffee

This might work even better with real brewed coffee, but I'm a coffee noob so I have no equipment and I just used instant. Worked well. Nescafe Classico, which received good reviews on youtube taste tests, which always acknowledge that instant coffee is crap, but this stuff reputedly makes an okay cup of coffee. My favorite coffee is ordinary diner coffee, so my standards aren't high.

I'm making just enough to wash down my grain mixture, so 12 ounces.

mix in 12-oz mason jar:

3 heaping tsp cacao powder, smashing lumps in the bottom of the jar
2 tsp instant coffee, nescafe classico, heaping but not super heaping
4 splenda packets, maybe 3
about half full of cold water

shake really well, cacao powder wants to clump

stir in 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
nearly fill with more cold water

stir

cover and cool in fridge
