I've been eating a lot of turkey sandwiches and brownies lately, but just now I went back to my coffee and protein/grain mix. It's just more satisfying.

I am baking, rather than nuking, brownies. I had to borrow the cat's water dish, because it's big enough for half a batch where my normal ramekin isn't, and I'm doing it in the air fryer because I've never used my oven and don't trust it given how long it hasn't been used. That, and it has jigsaw puzzle trays in it, lol.
