Sounds very interesting. Did you make them yourself? Do you have the recipe for it? Cauliflower is so versatile. Overcooking makes it a bit like potatoes. I pour olive oil and parsley on it.

What I've just had:
Quinoa with yakitori chicken
Apple

your preparation sounds delish. :chef: i seem to lack that kinda culinary skill. basically it is microwave oven for me, with very limited stovetop use and toaster oven use. almost started a fire the last time i tried an oven. the fake o-rings were by Green Giant and frozen.

To tell you the truth, I also use microwave oven for most of my "cooking", as it's a lot easier and requires less wash up afterwards. I even came up with a good way to cook quinoa in microwave. I managed to almost start a fire with my microwave oven. Thank god that the fire didn't spread outside of the microwave oven.

Those cauliflower rings seem to be a US only thing... I could only find regular crumbed cauliflower online locally. US always has things that we don't.

I'm in Australia, where we can only look at all the interesting things online that are available only in the US, Asia and Europe.
