Serious question. Can anyone on Wrong Planet see auras?

Yes, I do mean it literally. I'm just wondering whether anyone here can actually see them. You know, experience with things that science can't explain

Though I did attempt to superpose them over people when I was young! Green for people who were safe, red for people who weren't.

You mean the optical illusion caused by letting one's eyes go out of focus while staring at someone, that results in the appearance of a coloured outline around a person, the colour of which is a function of the colour of whatever background they are standing in front of? If so yes (and it doesn't just work with people, books and slices of toast work just as well).

I can see them around some people, but not in others.

I see red and green colors emanating from my boss everytime I go to work.

I think he might be a minion sent by Satan himself doing His work by cashing in the wrong checks.

I suspect green is symbolic for money while red is the taint for all evil, so I put the two and two together....

Anyway I'm thinking about seeking advice from a professional psychic to see what I could do to benefit from his schemes....$$$

Sooner or later I know that good will conquer evil and that I will one day benefit from this just as Joan of Arc did when she was roasted on a stake and was made a saint.

When it comes to personalities, I don't see colors, but rather shapes. I think the Mr. Men and Little Miss cartoons played a part in this.

I can see auras for I am an indigo child.

When I saw this topic, my first thoughts were of synesthesia and indigo children. I wondered if anyone had mentioned that yet. I know there are people who can see colors come from people, my one NT friend can do this, I can not, I wish I could though... it sounds neat. I find it all very fascinating.

people seem to have a kind of smell about them which i am very aware of when i meet them.

maybe my sensation of this smell is like seeing auras in some way.

some of these smells are sickening, and some are so sweet that i want their scent breathed all the way into my veins.


i do not think that i am smelling real odors when i have the sensation of the general odor of a person. it is influenced by something deeper. i smell the feint whiff of whatever attracts me or repels me to someone

i can tell good from bad people because i get an instant sense of their "spiritual whiff"
.......or so i think... but i am happy that what i think is correct so i will go to sleep soon without correcting my outlook.

ignorance is bliss, but personally satisfactory justification of ignorance is even blissier (coinage).

I was unfortunate enough to get kicked in the head by a fat hardcore kid twice my size once. The follwing day I saw auras around people, but I put it down to temporary damage to my visual cortex, given I was kicked in the back of the head with New Rocks.

do you guys mean you actually SEE auras? or just sorta sense a colour of a person? i have some synesthesia...people's voices and music and sounds have textures and colours and sometimes i can feel music on my tongue, but thats it, pretty much.

Yes, and if you post picture of your tongue, I will tell you about it's Aura.

I also see a knot forming on the back of my head from falling over backwards.
